Hey, W, have you ever thought about raising ostrich? I don't know if they like the central Mississippi climate, but I took one look at that young turkey and suddenly wanted to see an ostrich, from egg, to adulthood. Maybe we could go halfsies (halvesies?) on an ostrich?
Tomorrow is day one of Geometry as E. Eena just returned from camp today. I'm not worried about it. We'll do our best. No sense freaking out about it, that much I know :-)
Gorgeous!! The squirrels found every one of my 30 or so sunflowers, so I don't think we'll have any..and the groundhog ate almost all my other flowers!
I am a homeschooling mother who lives on a farm in Central Mississippi with a man (husband of 21 years), a boy(11), a girl(8), a horse, 9 cats, and a yellow dog. I have tried on many different hats in career, education, and life. Being a homeschooling farm mama requires me to wear almost all of those hats at once. I knew there was a reason for all those curves of life.

They do look prehistoric, don't they. We have wild turkeys here, but we don't raise them.
