Will you pour?

I'm feeling a bit left out after I found this picture on my camera this morning. Rubber Dinghy obviously had a tea party. Or someone had a tea party for Rubber Dinghy. I wonder why I wasn't invited?

Did you get an invite?

Do cats drink tea?

I know the answer to the last question. One of my cats will drink mint tea. I know. I have weird cats.

Yours is very pretty. Mine are similar colouring.

I didn't get an invitation. Rubber Dinghy looks down his nose at me because I don't have such refined taste in tea service. It's okay; I understand. (Is that Fiestaware, Rubber Dinghy? Very nice!)

According to my source (http://alpharat.blogspot.com/), cats don't make pot pies. This doesn't mean, necessarily, that they don't drink tea. They probably do drink tea, because obviously they serve it!

(You're completely out of control when MrW is out of town, aren't you!) :-)

I haven't tried our cat on tea. I like your tea set, though! And he is a very cute cat.

I'm pretty much out of control all the time, though I try to keep a controlled facade. I really hadn't a clue about the tea party on the porch with the cats. The children have a secret life when I am strapped to the computer churning out advertising drivel and pretending to be a professional. I only know of their escapades by the evidence left on the camera, the floor, sink, laundry room, and yard. I know I would ruin the fun if I plopped down in the middle of their pretend, so I only keep a distant watchful eye.

Yes, pretend Fiestaware for children, which by the way is not contaminated with lead. I know, I tested every suspect item with my handy household lead test swabs.

K took the picture. I asked when my sister asked. Apparently all six kittens were served tea in the appropriately casual mixed color Fiestaware.

NatureGirl is cooing over that pic, and is having me print it out for her. The idea of a kitty tea party is too sweet. Your kids rock!

Very pretty kitty!
My cat spends a lot of time
in front of the tube and online while we're not around....she also
likes to play with my exercise ball,
although there are no pictures to prove it.
